MCMC Foundation is Hosting a Virtual Marathon

Charity Footprints 2025 Campaign (Facebook Post)

Kickstart 2025 by Joining a Wellness Challenge

Do you want a bit of motivation to make healthier habits? Want to kick off the new year on the right foot? Join our Foundation’s Virtual Marathon!

This challenge will start on January 1st and end on February 28th. We want to encourage our staff and the community to encompass wellness.

Not a runner? That’s okay! You can participate in this challenge by doing almost anything that elevates your heart rate such as walking, running, cycling, or various fitness activities. Just make sure to set up your tracker to sync to the app or manually go in and log your activities.

Now, wellness does not only involve physical health, but we also need to make sure we take care of our mental health. We can do this by unplugging from technology, practicing mindfulness, spending time outside, listening to music, and self-care. You can log mental wellness activities in the app as well for points.

Take a look at some of the point options:

If you need a little bit of competition to help reach your wellness goals, this would be perfect for you as the top three participants get gift card prizes. Grab your friends and family and register for the challenge today!

All proceeds from the challenge benefit the MCMC Foundation and the funds will be used to improve patient care at MCMC.
