Take control of your health with accessible, high-quality testing at MCMC – including affordable Direct Access options.

In many rural communities, accessing high-quality healthcare can be a challenge and lab services are no exception. While larger cities often have multiple healthcare facilities nearby, residents in rural areas may have to travel long distances for routine tests or diagnostic services.

At Murray County Medical Center (MCMC), we understand the vital role local access to care plays in the health of our community. That’s why we are proud to offer a full range of laboratory services right here in the heart of Murray County, Minnesota.

Our on-site laboratory is open Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm with emergency services available after hours. Whether you see one of our MCMC Providers or an out-of-town specialist, we can complete your lab tests locally and send the results directly to your ordering provider which saves you both time and money.

Concerned about healthcare costs or high deductibles? Our Direct Access Lab Testing provides a variety of common lab tests at low out-of-pocket costs. This affordable option allows patients to monitor ongoing health concerns or check on risk factors without needing a provider visit or insurance billing.

At MCMC we’re committed to making healthcare more convenient, affordable, and accessible for everyone in our community.

Because getting the care you need should never depend on your zip code.
