Take control of your health with MCMC's laboratory services - including low cost medical lab testing

No appointment is necessary for laboratory outpatient care. Your health care provider can give you an order or send one to us in Slayton.

If you have an out-of-town provider, they can fax a copy of your order to 507-836-6787. We will draw your labs and get the results back to your provider!

Today’s high insurance deductibles make it difficult to get the health care you need at affordable prices. Direct access lab testing offers a low cost medical lab test option to help you monitor certain ongoing health risks or assess potential health concerns at an affordable price, whenever you need it. Walk-ins welcome!

Choose from numerous common screening lab tests at a low/discounted price with no provider’s order!

  • No provider’s order is required!
  • Pay at the time of service and your results will be mailed to you within five business days.
  • All testing is done in our accredited laboratory.
  • It is your responsibility to bring results to your provider when you receive them.
