Rehabilitation & Therapy

We offer inpatient & outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and rehabilitation services

Our rehabilitation and physical therapy team strives to provide compassionate and expert care for those who have suffered illness, injury or had surgery that requires rehab and specialized therapy.

Our goal is customize a rehabilitation plan to get everyone we see back into the game of life, with as much independence, motion, flexibility and coordination as possible.

We provide both outpatient rehabilitation services in downtown Slayton and inpatient rehabilitation for patients who are recovering in our hospital patient care unit.
